Commissioned by EEDA in September 2009, the Social Impact Measurement (SIM) project undertook work to enable third sector organisations - in particular social enterprises - to trade more effectively with the public sector. The assignment was carried out by a partnership consisting of The Guild, Mutual Advantage, Third Sector Research Centre/Middlesex University and SEEE.
