Putting the Customer First

The Guild has been awarded the National Standard for Customer Service.

 

The accreditation, ‘Putting the Customer First’, recognises organisations that have excelled at delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

Nicky Stevenson from The Guild said: ‘Customer service and supporting people to achieve their goals is at the heart of The Guild’s ethos and so we’re delighted to have achieved this prestigious accreditation’.
