New consultancy consortium

The Guild is one of the founder members of a new consultancy consortium called Concilium.

 

Concilium is a Community Interest Company and a co-operative and consists of five members, all consultancies with a long term interest in developing social enterprises. Many of the members have worked together for a number of years in ad hoc partnerships but it was decided that a formal structure was required in order to bid for bigger contracts. Our partners are: Mutual Advantage, Economic Partnerships, Co-operative and Mutual Solutions and Entreprenurses.

 

Concilium has already won its first contract – researching social enterprise activity in relation to prisons and probation services in England. We are about to present our findings to the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) and the Social Enterprise Coalition, who have been managing the contract.
