Keith has a background in supervisory management, team leading and training and has an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management. He is also a Gold Standard SFEDI accredited Social Enterprise Business Adviser and a founding Director of The Guild.
He has written and delivered a number of The Guild’s courses including trustee training, committee members training, legal structures training and training in social enterprise management. Keith also maintains our accredited deliverer status with the Open College Network.
Sally co-founded a business partnership in 1991 and in 2011 established The Guild Social Economy Services CIC of which she is one of four Directors. She has a BSc (Hons) degree in Social Sciences, Cert Ed and is a Gold status accredited Business Support Professional, with an additional SFEDI Social Enterprise Adviser Certification and Assessor qualification.
She has been an Attached Expert to the European Union specialising in youth engagement in enterprise and has worked alongside women’s organisations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to support the development of women’s businesses.
Sally is an experienced trainer and facilitator and has been closely involved with a number of regional initiatives designed to create opportunities for small businesses and social enterprises within public procurement processes.
Sally is the Chair of Co-operatives East (the Regional Co-operative Council), a Trustee of the Norfolk Women’s Fund and is currently the coordinator of the Norfolk Network of Day Services .
Sarah is the third Director of the Guild and has recently moved to the area from Northampton where she was the CEO of Northamptonshire CDA and Chair of Co-operatives East Midlands.
